Airlines enforce the following carry-on allowances. Please be aware that in few instances, governments & airports could apply more stringent conditions.

International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) recommends all liquids, gels, pastes and aerosols of up to 100 ml be carried in one transparent and
re-sealable plastic bag.
The transparent bag's dimensions should
not exceed 20 cm x 20 cm or 8 in. x 8 in.
Containers over 100 ml will not be accepted even if only partly filled. 
You may be required to produce your clear
transparent bag of liquids separately for security screening.

There are no restrictions on baby food and required medications.
It may be necessary for you to produce a medical
certificate or doctor's prescription in order
to bring medication onboard.

International  Baggage Allowance Maximum 30 kg per passenger

Maximum of 2 pieces, each not exceeding 32 kg with
maximum dimension of 158cm.
